I attended Troy Henderson’s launch of Headgrenade this morning. I was fascinated with Troy’s approach and ambition for the novel about a Brisbane man’s life. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a copy. Interviewed by fellow Hawkeye crime-series author, Jack Roney, the event ended too soon. Great music supplied by Troy’s friend, (Troy is also an accomplished muso), food and drinks, made it a wonderful celebration.
I enjoyed catching up with fellow authors and meeting members of the Brisbane Writer’s group, who I’ve only followed on Instagram.
